All items sold through https://zampindustries.com are neither refundable or returnable, unless an error is made by the ZAMP Industries team, such as an incorrect item is sent or an item you ordered is unavailable.

All physical items are made-to-order and thus cannot be refunded or returned. All digital items are immediately accessible, therefore are not refundable.

CHANGES TO THE RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right to change, amend or modify this Return Policy at any time.  We will alert you to any changes by posting the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page, at which point any changes will become immediately effective.  It is your responsibility to check for updates, as your continued use of the website and our Products after the Return Policy is amended will constitute your acceptance and agreement to continue to be bound by the Return Policy as of the last updated date indicated at the top of this page.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available if an error is made by the ZAMP Industries team, such as an incorrect item is sent to you, or an item you ordered is unavailable.

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering. Your order is sent to print immediately and thus cannot be cancelled after the initial 12-hour window.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs and delivery times vary greatly, dependent on your country and location. Please thoroughly check your shipping options during checkout. ZAMP Industries is not responsible for extended shipping times due to carrier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
