White Label WordPress Development & Support

A reliable WordPress developer for your creative agency 🪄

12+ years building, maintaining, and troubleshooting WordPress websites — working quietly behind your brand, so your clients never know I’m involved.

About Me

ZAMP Industries is a creative WordPress development and design studio based in Denver, Colorado, founded by Rachel Zampino.

Rachel is a designer-developer hybrid who specializes in white-label WordPress support for agencies who need a reliable extra set of hands. Her perspective brings deep appreciation of the often-missed design details, while also building for the bigger picture and long haul.

She values clear communication and reliability, and treats every project like your agency’s reputation is on the line — because it is.

Whiel not on her computer, Rachel can be found driving like a bat out of hell through the mountains, hitting dingers, or trying out a new delicacy (Anthony Bourdain style).

Thank you for supporting small business ❤

It can take a few weeks or a few months depending on complexity, but ultimately depends on how much content the website has (pages, blog posts, products, etc), and whether it needs any unique functionality.

Very generally, websites typically take a few months to be launched because it coincides with a re-brand, or re-positioning of the business in some way that requires a lot more time, energy, and work than just the website itself.

At the start of your website build, we will chart out a timeline so that everyone is on the same page throughout the process, and to ensure we hit any necessary launch deadlines.

Time for everyone’s favorite answer: *it depends*!

You can expect to invest a few thousand at least; depending on functionality, fancy features, and the amount of content or pages.

Every website is built to last for years to come.

Yes! Your client will always retain full ownership of the website and its assets.

You have an all access pass to the backend of the website, so you can always edit it, move it, delete it… whatever may need to happen in the future. The website will never be held hostage by me.

Yes we do! We can work out a monthly or quarterly game plan to make sure your website is always at its best.

I am ALL IN on WordPress. I believe it is the best tool currently available and is a future-proofed as anything in the tech space can be these days.

Within WordPress itself, I am happy to use either Bricks or Elementor as an intuitive page builder/editor to make the site very easy to update long-term.

See Specialties above for more tools that I typically use.

Preferably:

  • A Figma file including all page designs (see my Seamless Client Design Handoff Guide for more details)
  • The client’s Brand Kit, including logos, fonts, colors, etc.

Nice-to-have’s:

  • An exported folder of all graphics, photos, illustrations, etc. to be used in the site design
  • Client’s Brand Strategy

Tech-wise:

  • Client’s domain(s) + relevant logins
  • Client’s hosting + relevant logins
  • Logins for any other third-party services the client uses (email signups, payments, donations, etc)

Nope. This is a fully white-label arrangement. I work under your brand and your process, and your clients never know I’m there.

But I can be more visible, if desired.

Either works. I offer WordPress-optimized hosting if it’s helpful, but I’m just as happy to build and maintain sites on the infrastructure you already manage.

Hours in a bucket aren’t tied to one project — use them across any of your clients’ sites, whatever the mix of quick fixes and bigger tasks ends up being.

Flag it and I’ll prioritize accordingly. Reach out by email or Loom and I’ll let you know realistic timing before any work starts.

Book a call or send an email. Most engagements start with a short scoping conversation so I can quote accurately before any work begins.

We can always start with a trial project to see how we work together, and adjust from there!

  1. You send over the site design, desired timeline, and any other details
  2. I provide an estimate on cost and timeline
  3. I get to work!

Build process:

  1. Alpha build
  2. Final content push
  3. Responsive testing and final edits
  4. Launch!
Both — full custom builds on new sites, as well as ongoing maintenance on existing sites.
Yes, this is a common use for the hourly buckets. Emergency fixes require a monthly engagement.
There will be ample opportunity for you to test and give feedback on the build prior to launch during the “Final Review” phase. After this phase is complete, an additional cost will be incurred for any design, content, or functionality changes.

No — I specifically set aside time each month to work on your tasks. If you find that there aren’t enough tasks to justify the hours, we can always adjust your plan.

Split however makes sense — a 30-minute fix and a separate 3-hour build can both draw from the same bucket.

I will notify you if we are getting close to the monthly limit.

Yes. To schedule a project, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining amount will be billed at specific milestones throughout the project, as defined in the contract.

To start a monthly “bucket-of-hours” engagement, the first month must be paid in full up front.

I will always give you a detailed estimate up front before starting any work. No hidden costs or fees.
