The Tools We Use + Why
We utilize a variety of tools to keep every project as organized and efficient as possible. Here is what you can expect to see from us:
Notion
Notion will be the headquarters for all of your project needs; everything from timelines, to FAQs, to deliverables.
Google Drive
We will compile folders for all of your brand assets, content, photos, and more.
Dubsado
We use Dubsado to send out your estimates and invoices. You can pay directly through Dubsado, or use one of these options instead.
Zoom
All of our meetings will be conducted via Zoom, unless otherwise noted.
Loom
We may send you a quick tutorial video via Loom if you need help editing your website.
Canva
Canva is an easy-to-use design platform, which is where we will share design template files with you than you can edit yourself.
Adobe Suite
We use many programs from the Adobe Suite to create and organize our design files. We primarily use: XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
WordPress
WordPress is our web tool of choice. This is what we will use to build your site upon, so that it capable of growing over time, and is easy for you to edit yourself.
